Laura is an experienced PGCE lecturer, art teacher and assessor who has taught across a variety of schools from independent as 'Head of Faculty', to state and academies, across both England and Wales. Previously a Team Leader and moderator for the WJEC/EDUQAS exam board, moderating GCSE and A level art and design (all endorsements). She has also taught on an Outreach programme as an arts tutor for First Campus and The Saturday Club, which focused on engaging students through arts practice to help them gain a more in-depth comprehension of the arts and the opportunities it can provide to progress their individual ontological developments. She is currently studying her PhD (part-time) and her research interests include; perception and cognition in children and adolescents, adolescent reality, the developing lifeworlds of adolescents, bio-digital ontology, digital systems, poiesis, enactive cognition and embodiment, hyperconnectivity, complexity theory.
