This protocol describes a mixed-methods longitudinal
study which aims to build a detailed understanding of how people experience
and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and government policy during the first 12-months
since the start of the UK outbreak. The study will comprise of three work packages: a longitudinal prospective online
survey, data linkage, and qualitative interviews.
