This guide provides information that may be helpful for runners returning to running following childbirth. The guide was co-designed with postpartum runners and provides the core information, as well as linking to additional videos and resources. We recommend downloading the PDF and any additional linked pages (particularly those accessible through p.13) and viewing with a programme such as Adobe, or a similar PDF reader. This will allow any QR codes to be clickable for ease. We also suggest viewing landscape if using a mobile phone. Please note - this guide has not yet been tested and therefore we do not advocate its use at this stage.
