Following the publication of the Wild Skills Wild Spaces Evaluation Report, a delivery and recommendations framework for the delivery of nature-based wellbeing support programmes (including recommendations for practice) has been developed.

The framework has been informed by the following:

(i) the WSWS evaluation on findings, (ii) relevant peer reviewed journal aricles, (iii) discussions with the WSWS staff and CAWR evaluation team, and (iv) the context of the All Wales Model for Social Prescribing. The framework is the first iteration which has been developed to inform nature-based programmes for people living with mental health problems. It is not perceived as a definitive framework at this point in time, however, given the lack of current context-specific knowledge in this area, it is hoped that it can act as a guide for those considering developing nature-based wellbeing programmes while being used as a foundation for the development of a more formalised framework to support the delivery of such interventions, in the future.

Yn dilyn cyhoeddi Adroddiad Gwerthuso Wild Spaces Wild Skills, datblygwyd fframwaith cyflawni ac argymhellion ar gyfer darparu rhaglenni cymorth llesiant seiliedig ar natur (gan gynnwys argymhellion ar gyfer ymarfer).

Mae’r fframwaith wedi’i lywio gan y canlynol:

(i) gwerthusiad WSWS ar ganfyddiadau, (ii) erthyglau cyfnodolion perthnasol a adolygwyd gan gymheiriaid, (iii) trafodaethau gyda staff WSWS a thîm gwerthuso CAWR, a (iv) cyd-destun Model Cymru Gyfan ar gyfer Presgripsiynu Cymdeithasol. Y fframwaith yw'r iteriad cyntaf sydd wedi'i ddatblygu i lywio rhaglenni sy'n seiliedig ar natur ar gyfer pobl sy'n byw gyda phroblemau iechyd meddwl. Nid yw’n cael ei ystyried yn fframwaith diffiniol ar hyn o bryd, fodd bynnag, o ystyried y diffyg gwybodaeth gyfredol sy’n benodol i’r cyd-destun yn y maes hwn, y gobaith yw y gall fod yn ganllaw i’r rhai sy’n ystyried datblygu rhaglenni llesiant sy’n seiliedig ar natur ar yr un pryd. yn cael ei ddefnyddio fel sylfaen ar gyfer datblygu fframwaith mwy ffurfiol i gefnogi’r gwaith o ddarparu ymyriadau o’r fath, yn y dyfodol.
