Welsh Government has recently directed policy to encourage social benefit through legislation with the Well-being of Future Generations Act 2015 (Welsh Government, 2015) and the recently enacted The Procurement (Wales) Regulations (Welsh Government, 2024) . These policies, along with the reform to the Procurement Act 2023 (UK Government, 2023), all seek to drive more social and economic wealth into Wales.
