Opportunities and challenges of upscaling growth strategy through integrated material requirements planning systems in manufacturing sector: A case analysis of Welsh SME

The traditional upscaling growth strategies in small scale manufacturing enterprise is challenged by non-functional business systems, resulting to increased production costs and stagnating business growth. In this, study we developed integrated material requirements planning (MRP) systems, through in-house capacity model, to address these challenges, and harness opportunities required to meet the growth targets.
