The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in construction project management is revolutionizing decision-making processes, enhancing efficiency, and enabling the resolution of complex challenges (Aladag et al., 2024). However, the adoption of AI systems brings forth significant ethical implications, such as accountability, bias, transparency, and fairness (Liang et al., 2024). This scoping review investigates these ethical concerns, emphasizing their relevance to the evolving roles of leadership and management in the construction industry. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how AI impacts ethical considerations in construction decision-making.
