Since the Coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2: Covid-19) outbreak, the pandemic of 2020, mobile Applications (apps) via the Internet of Things (IoT: smart-phones, sensors and devices) and Internet of Everything (IoE: Cloud and Phone networks) continue to play a key role in tracking and tracing programs. Many countries seek different approaches to minimise person-person transmission [1, 2].
