Welcome to the ninth Advances in Management and Innovation Conference held at the Cardiff School of Management. We were delighted to welcome attendees, presenters, and conference delegates.

The conference aims to:

1. Enable Cardiff School of Management staff to showcase their research and innovation activities, which contribute to the research culture and research environment in the school.

2. Provide doctoral research students at Cardiff School of Management with the opportunity to share their research, receive feedback, and contribute to the school’s research culture and environment.

3. Create opportunities for interdisciplinary research and innovation activities across academic and industry networks.

4. Feed into the 'Advances in Management and Innovation Working Paper Journal' by generating working papers for publication.

The 2025 conference explores a wide variety of research focusing on Empowering Transformation through Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategic Leadership. AMI 2025 provides an opportunity to examine ideas and solutions for Innovation for Growth and Resilience, Sustainability, Circular Economy and Sustainable Practices, Leadership and Management in a Changing World, Entrepreneurship, Enterprise Development and Future Workplaces, Collaboration, Engagement, and Industry Challenges.
