AMI 2023 Conference Proceedings

Welcome to the seventh Advances in Management and Innovation Conference held at Cardiff School of Management. This year's conference provides the opportunity for face-to-face networking. We are delighted to welcome attendees, presenters, and conference delegates. The conference aims to:

1. Enable Cardiff School of Management staff to share their research and contribute to the research culture and enterprise at the school.

2. Complement the 'Advances in Management and Innovation Working Paper Journal' by generating activity/working papers for publication.

3. Contribute to a REF evidence-based research culture and develop potential REF case studies.

4. Provide research students at Cardiff School of Management with the opportunity to share their research, receive feedback, and contribute to the research culture.

5. Create opportunities for applying and implementing school research and enterprise activity in industry.

6. Support the Cardiff School of Management Internationalisation strategy.
